Giants Arrested for a Good Cause in Vernal, Utah

Press Release: Vernal, UT - A group of "giants" visiting Vernal were recently arrested for a good cause, as part of a program called the 12 Journeys., a program that helps individuals transcend their "small" living. Their "Whatchama Adventure," a phrase coined by local resident Guy Whatchama Collett, aims to inspire individuals to "move beyond playing small,” to do something they’ve never done, and to reach their full potential. Over 300 residents participated in the program, which included teaching schoolchildren from two different local schools and their teachers, juvenile system children, the Innovation hub, and inmates at the county jail. The giants were arrested and processed just like inmates would be, before teaching them the principles of the 12 Journeys and those found in the book The Giants and the Smalls: The Adventure of Rimi and Ritt. The program also served those in the community who are committed to living a "giant" life. The program has been well-received in Vernal, and the giants hope to continue their journey to impact millions of lives around the world. Follow their adventures on the Tribe of Giants on Facebook, Wake Up With Giants TV on YouTube, and of course, giantsandsmalls.com. Special thanks to Guy Collett, The Uintah County Sherrif’s office, the SpringHill Suites, Ashley Valley Education Center, the White House Academy, the Innovation Hub, the Uintah County Library, Jackie Sweat, and Jessi Bowden for their contributions in making this "giant" journey a possibility in the town of Vernal.
